Position Overview:
Seeking talented Project Managers at intermediate and senior levels to oversee and deliver complex or multiple smaller projects, ensuring client and company satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure project delivery aligns with contracts and standards.
* Maintain quality assurance and project integrity.
* Manage projects to meet quality, timelines, and budgets.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and third parties.
* Manage project risks for successful outcomes.
* Coordinate project teams and resources.
* Report progress to stakeholders.
* Build relationships with vendors and third parties.
* Develop detailed project plans.
* Oversee delivery, managing design teams and contractors.
* Provide financial and milestone reports to directors and act as primary contact for clients and team members.
Environmental and Sustainability Focus: The project managers are expected to align with the company's environmental values, integrating sustainability into project planning and execution, with a focus on ISO certification.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in project management within construction, engineering, or consultancy sectors.
* Proven success in managing projects.
* Academic background in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
* Strong initiative, independence, and teamwork skills.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn.
* Discretion and confidentiality.
* Excellent listening and follow-through skills.
* Experience in design services, budget management, stakeholder communication, advisory, surveying, or program management.
* Relevant third-level qualification in related fields preferred.
