Job Description:
Associate Manufacturing MES Specialist
In this role, you will lead the deployment and support of critical manufacturing systems.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Review and approve project deliverables against overall plans
2. Examine MES design specifications using templates and best practices
3. Populate and review MES documentation for accuracy and completeness
4. Coordinate pre-production testing and quality assurance
5. Collaborate with teams to test and validate production processes
6. Evaluate data for compliance and regulatory requirements
7. Facilitate workflow approvals and change management
8. Support MES deployment and sustainment activities
9. Ensure timely close-out of executed records
10. Lead launch activities and hypercare initiatives on the production floor
This role is ideal for individuals with knowledge of MES software, preferably Werum PAS/X, who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of working collaboratively within a team environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should hold a BS/BA/BEng in a technical discipline and have 0-2 years of experience working within a Life Sciences manufacturing setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
