Are you passionate about providing customer service and helping clients succeed?
My client is seeking an Onboarding Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Dublin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, driving engagement through training and support, and positively impacting retention rates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing clients
2. Manage client onboarding during the first 48 days of their service agreement
3. Conduct regular check-ins and product demonstrations to boost engagement
4. Assist clients with account setup and provide system overviews
5. Address and resolve any client service issues promptly
6. Host group onboarding sessions and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service, particularly in an outbound, phone-based role
2. Personality is key! You need to be engaging, confident, bubbly and conversational.
3. Excellent listening and communication skills
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
5. Proactive and responsible with a strong product knowledge
