About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the Site Property Manager team responsible for the operation of a portfolio of Cost Rental sites, landbanks and security/facilities services to a best-in-class standard.
* Oversee the property teams' management of all aspects of block/site property management and the delivery of insurance requirements across vacant sites and landbanks.
* Administration of the pro-active management of property/site associated risks by developing mitigation methodologies.
* Monitor overall and individual performance of the property team and liaise with their line manager on staff performance, operating environment and critical issues that arise.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of property/land management experience and within a similar role.
* Minimum of three years managing a team of people.
* Ideally possesses a PSRA licence 'D' and have property-related educational qualification.
* Post graduate qualification an advantage.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, organised and results oriented with excellent relationship management skills (both internal and external) and strong strategic knowledge of the residential block management and OMC sector. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel & Word, is required.
