Client Services AM – PR & Influencer Marketing

This boutique agency is a team of highly experienced and talented PR and Marketing professionals, with a specialism in Marketing for Lifestyle Brands, including Fashion, Retail, Beauty, Homewares, and Luxury goods.
As part of their continued growth, they now seek to add to the team by employing an experienced Client Services Exec/Account Manager, with exceptional Project Management skills. This role requires someone who is unfazed by all that goes with organizing product launches and events and strives to excel in reaching goals and targets.
With beautiful offices in Dublin city centre, this company facilitates a hybrid approach to work, allowing for collaboration and creative round-table-time, but also the space to undertake ‘deep work’ from home (or other remote locations) when required.
This is a highly impactful role, where you will take the lead on client accounts across some of Ireland’s fastest growing consumer brands, helping to organise and expertly execute launches and events for new products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account/Client relationship management and communications – credibility with interactions at all levels of Seniority.
* Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including Digital Strategy, Social Media Campaigns, OOH and Influencer Marketing.
* First class communication skills – you can confidently present to audiences, both specialised and generalist to ensure clarity on agreed goals and objectives.
* Unfazed by taking onboard the logistical side of Events, whilst much of this is outsourced, you don’t mind getting involved in the basic/practical elements of event execution.
* Adept at reporting – you can confidently provide evaluation on campaign/event success and make recommendations for future improvements.
* You should be able to forge and maintain relationships with key media contacts and be able to secure coverage for your client brands.
* Experienced in budgetary management to ensure maximum ROI whilst ensuring campaigns and events are on-brand and offer the desired customer experience.
* A genuine interest in Industry trends for your client brands, and the confidence to make recommendations based on insights, market intel and data.
Qualifications Required:
* Likely to hold a 3rd level qualification in PR, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
* Proven experience in PR, marketing account management, and event management (3+ years ideally).
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, influencer marketing, and media relations.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
