Job Title:
Customer Service and Support Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Support Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for admin support, sales/purchase order processing, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Check customer orders against sales quotes and internal policies
2. Expedite customer purchase/sales orders
3. Maintain accurate and detailed electronic records/files of customer jobs
4. Manage internal and customer service related reports
5. Log documentation requirement and liaise with documentation team
6. Ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills:
* Previous customer service/administration experience within tangible goods industry
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and ERP systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a bright, professional manner
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Team player with ability to work on own initiative
