The Transfer Agency department provides a third party fund administration service to numerous fund management companies covering the full range of shareholder servicing functions including dealing, registration, finance and investor services. Transfer Agency is a growing department based over 4 locations. It’s a fast paced environment offering all partners excellent opportunities to grow their careers.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Assist the team with handling complex queries, including escalated cases.
2. Monitoring email inboxes to ensure all queries are completed within agreed service levels
3. Maintaining and managing records for both internal and external records
4. Build strong relationships with the investors, clients, internal Transfer Agency partners
5. Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
6. Work with contacts in Transfer Agency to resolve queries in order to meet dedicated deadlines
7. Analyse data from internal systems to identify opportunities for coaching, training and service enhancements
8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the operational team procedures and processes
9. Technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas
Skills/ Qualifications:
10. Previous financial services experience
11. Customer Service or call centre experience
12. Knowledge of day-to-day Transfer agency operations
13. Attention to detail and strong accuracy
14. Analytical skills are required to research and resolve enquiries
15. Articulate written and verbal communication skills
16. Ability to research, understand and deliver solutions
