Job Summary
Healthcare 21 is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor - Germany. The Customer Service Advisor works as part of our Customer Service team and is required to provide customer service support to the organisation by dealing with queries from customers and sales, process sales orders in a timely manner and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries in relation to products and services.
Job Location: Dublin
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
1. Order Processing.
2. Call and query handling including problem solving.
3. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints.
4. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on customer interactions.
5. Manage administration; keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
6. Record details of enquiries, comments and complaints including actions taken.
7. Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues.
8. Meeting targets as set by supervisor / manager.
9. Administration of quotations.
10. Process and resolve customer pricing and product queries.
11. Manage consignment from an internal perspective. Review and communicate with customers to check stock, process orders and replenishments and manage consignment contracts.
12. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments including assisting the Credit Control Department with any pricing discrepancies and debt collection (as required).
13. Communicate and coordinate with external suppliers on order requirements including delivery time frames & shipping costs.
Key Requirements:
1. Fluent German and English speaker.
2. 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
4. High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
5. Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous.
6. Knowledge of SAP would also be beneficial.
