ABOUT THE TEAM:
We’re looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to own the growth and retention of Credit Flex users. If you’re passionate about driving product adoption through digital experimentation, A/B testing, and in-app engagement strategies, this is the role for you. You can be a key driver of Credit Flex’s success and help small businesses manage their cash flow more effectively.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Product Marketing Manager – Credit Flex, you will:
* Optimize user acquisition & retention – Analyze performance data to refine how and where members discover Credit Flex within the Tide app.
* Drive experimentation – Run A/B tests on different in-app entry points, messaging, and UX flows to maximize conversion.
* Develop new entry points – Identify and implement new, intuitive ways for Tide members to access Credit Flex at the right moment.
* Craft compelling user journeys – Create seamless, data-backed user experiences that increase awareness and engagement.
* Own in-app communication – Develop targeted, engaging messaging that educates members on the benefits of Credit Flex.
* Collaborate across teams – Work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

* Product marketing experience – You’ve worked with fintech, SaaS, or digital products, crafting and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Creative communicator – You can craft clear, compelling messaging that drives action.
