We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join our Service team at our Limerick office. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the repairs business and will be responsible for:
* Planning repair jobs to ensure that parts are available and repairs are carried out safely, on time and within budget.
* Ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely paperwork.
* Working in a customer-facing environment building good working relationships, providing updates and feedback to clients on progress.
* Liaising with the Repair Manager in completing Risk Assessment & Method Statements prior to any works being carried out.
* The supervision of repair engineers and subcontract labour, utilizing the talents of the team and providing support and training to maximize the skills.

Requirements
Preferably, you will have experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer. Additionally, experience of managing/coordinating a team would be an advantage, although training will be provided by the Service Management team.
A level of IT experience is necessary in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
