We are seeking an Organisational Change Coach to work with our client on a permanent basis in Dublin. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in driving organisational change, transforming teams, and coaching at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management Leadership: Lead and facilitate comprehensive change management strategies across the organisation to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
* Senior Team Transformation: Work directly with senior management and teams to assess current practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective change strategies that align with organisational goals.
* Coaching and Mentoring: Provide targeted coaching and mentoring to senior-level individuals and teams.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that support change management initiatives, enhancing the capabilities of leaders and teams to manage ongoing changes within the organisation.
Essential Experience:
* Proven experience in driving organisational change, with a strong track record of successful transformation projects involving senior teams.
* Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and groups at a senior level.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies and training programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Advanced qualifications or certifications in Change Management, Coaching or Leadership Development are highly desirable.
