About the role:
As a Business Development Executive, your key responsibilities will include clear, concise, and timely communication with clients and potential clients, along with managing existing accounts like a pro. You’ll be the go-to person for following up on leads, negotiating sales, and ensuring customer details are spot-on in the CRM. You’ll also coordinate the installation of new equipment, train customer staff, and prep billing details for invoicing. Beyond that, you'll hunt for new business opportunities and close deals on equipment sales. As for deliverables, you'll need to hit your performance targets, deliver top-notch customer service throughout the sales and after-sales process, and bring a strong sense of team spirit to the table.
Your Gig:
If you have at least 3 years of solid selling experience, a natural flair for customer service, and top-notch communication skills—both written and verbal.
