Health & Safety - Risk Assessment Our clients, a multi-national Engineering firm, are looking to recruit a Quality Systems Specialist to join their QHSE team. This is a Short term contract role to assist the team with preparation for a number of Audits which are coming up. Ideally they would like someone with good experience in Risk Assessments. The Role: This is a role reporting to the Country QHSE-SA Manager and working across multiple departments in a dynamic multinational electrical engineering company. The role will involve maintaining the companies certified ISO and 9001 system. Working with a diverse team across a dynamic business. Reviewing risk assessments. Taking part in project meetings. Dealing with 3rd parties. Risk Assessments Maintaining the company ISO management system Preparing for external audits Internal audits Involvement with external audits QHSE Inductions Attending project meetings The Person: Degree in Quality Management/Engineering/similar, with 5+ years Quality Management/similar experience Minimum 3 to 5 years experience Extremely detail conscious with knowledge in ISO and 9001 system Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing customer relationships Excellent Information Technology skills (inc. knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP, SharePoint) Auditing experience For more information, please call Keith on or email Skills: Health & Safety Risk Assessment Quality
