Our client are an Irish owned Electical Retailer who have a number of stores in the Munster Region.
They are seeking a new team member to join their growing company.

This person will be a vital part of the team, organising deliveries, handling the creation and management of purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and drivers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
This role is ideal for a proactive candidate with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cork.
The responsibilities Organise daily household deliveries and installations Process web orders and communicate with customers Place Purchase Orders as required based on stock levels and specific customer orders Maintain Price Lists Acquire stock order delivery information and update the SAP system Maintain system delivery notes & other information Report delivery discrepancies to Suppliers Ensure that sales are maximised by ensuring that stock is in the correct locations Advise customers of any stock issues Generate stock codes and descriptions for new products Review inventory levels and ensure that stock is ordered and maintained to meet the requirements Liaise with the warehouse staff, drivers, installers, shop staff and the accounts department You will have : Strong administration experience Good communication skills & excellent organisational skills Be self-motivated, energetic, reliable & hardworking Excellent accuracy & attention to detail Ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks & work well under pressure Microsoft Suites - Excel knowledge; knowledge of SAP would also be of benefit but not essential Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday NEXT STEPS With a view for the successful candidate to be in place as soon as possible, interviews for this role are being held immediately.
