* To deliver a helpful and quick service in the food and beverage area while accurately filling orders and being courteous to the appropriate standard.
* Report for duty as scheduled, on time, wearing the designated uniform, and maintaining a professional look at all times.
* Become familiar with all available meals in order to quickly respond to any questions from customers.
* Ensure that the chef and the Food & Beverage manager are informed of any particular requirements, dietary restrictions, allergies, etc., of our customers.
* Make every effort to remember names of regular visitors and acknowledge them personally.
* Stock up on supplies including coffee, food, tableware, and napkins for the service areas.
* Take orders for food from visitors and send them right away to the kitchen.
* Provide excellent service at all times while attending to the needs of all visitors.
* Ensure that all food and drink products are delivered on schedule to restaurant customers.
* Report any issues or delays with service to the restaurant manager as soon as they arise during service periods.
* Ensure that any used plates, cutlery, and glasses are removed from the tables and taken to the dishwashing area.
* Handle every payment carefully to prevent shortages.
* Ensure a positive working environment for the entire restaurant and kitchen crew.
* Before leaving duty, make sure that every location is ready for the upcoming service period.
