About the Role:
Search Talent is partnering with our client to recruit a skilled and adaptable Community Manager. This role requires a professional with experience in facilities management, lettings, and maintenance coordination to oversee operations and ensure a seamless experience for residents and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilities Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of facilities, ensuring all services operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
2. Lettings Coordination: Manage the lettings process, including marketing, tenant onboarding, and lease administration.
3. Maintenance Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for maintenance issues, ensuring timely resolutions and liaising with contractors as required.
4. Resident Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, health, and safety standards.
6. Vendor Management: Work closely with external suppliers and service providers to deliver excellent results.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on lettings, maintenance, and facility operations.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Proven experience in facilities management, lettings, and maintenance coordination.
2. Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with property management systems and relevant regulations in Ireland.
4. Attributes: Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic working environment.
5. Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous.
