Customer Excellence & Ancillary Revenue Manager
You will oversee customer service and sales performance at the Dublin Airport branch.
This includes managing a team of professionals, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving ancillary revenue through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Driving Ancillary Revenue: Manage performance and build effective teams to achieve sales and service targets.
* Oversee all aspects of ancillary revenue generation for Dublin Airport, ensuring the team maximizes opportunities through tailored sales and service offerings.
* Provide coaching and feedback to frontline staff on service delivery and sales techniques.
* Continuously drive process improvements to enhance financial performance, operational productivity, and customer service.
People Management:
* Lead and inspire a team of service and sales staff who thrive on challenge.
* Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and accountability.
* Provide ongoing coaching and development to motivate your team.
Customer Experience:
* Take ownership of the customer experience, focusing on key touchpoints that contribute to high customer satisfaction.
* Continuously review and refine customer experience processes to ensure exceptional value for both the customer and the Dublin Airport branch.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in a customer service and sales-driven environment.
* Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage revenue generation and achieve targets.
* Experience in people management, including recruitment, training, performance coaching, and motivation.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum
