* Maintain store standards alongside the Branch Manager, ensuring a seamless customer experience from front of house to warehouse operations.
* Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality store standards.
* Manage store budgets, rota planning, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement initiatives.
