A highly proactive Sales Administrator is required to support our External Sales team at JFC Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process sales orders and handle customer queries
* Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication
* Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
* Perform general sales administration tasks, including sales quotations and order entry via ERP system
* Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales and customer service support, liaising with External Sales/Quality department
* Provide active support to the External sales team
* Communicate market insights and customer information to the Sales/Marketing Team and management
* Assist in compiling sales reports
* Support marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and business development
* Attend sales meetings, conferences, trade exhibitions, and open days as required
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in an administrative environment
* Experience working in a sales environment is beneficial
* Familiarity with customer phone interactions
* Ability to work independently, with strong initiative
* Proficiency in using ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft suite
* Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (verbal and written)
* Strong time management and task prioritization skills
* Analytical problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of the Agriculture/Equine and/or Civils industries is advantageous but not essential
