Job Description:
As a key member of the shared services support team, you will be a vital part of a dedicated group responsible for supporting infrastructure and cloud services across the entire organization. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting both on-premises and cloud environments, mainly Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide level 3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, focusing on Azure and Azure AD.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external Managed Service Providers to ensure seamless operation of data centers and shared services.
* Assist with the transition and ongoing support of cloud-based solutions.
* Act as a support and escalation point for project resources and other team members.
* Manage and maintain documentation related to infrastructure and cloud services.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar level 3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
2. Expertise in Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
3. Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
6. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
7. Willingsness to work on-site at our office for two days a week initially.
