The Platform Services and Emerging Technologies organization seeks a highly motivated Infrastructure Software Engineer to help build and support our entire on-prem and cloud platform infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS and/or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Git Administration and will play a crucial role in automating and optimizing our development and deployment processes.

This is a hybrid role with at least one day onsite in the Dublin office.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
8+ Years of Experience: As a DevOps/ML Ops expert in areas such as AWS or Azure deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Proficiency in Scripting Languages: Such as Python, Bash, or similar, for automation tasks.
Source Control Solutions: Experience with source control solutions like Git.
Infrastructure as Code (IaaC): Experience building infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge and experience with CI/CD best practices.
Security Knowledge: Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
Containerization and Orchestration: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Technical Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and communicate effectively with peers, partners, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications: AWS Certifications: AWS certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
Azure Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Associate are desirable.
Spinnaker Experience: Experience working with Spinnaker for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
GitHub Enterprise Server Administration: Experience with GitHub Enterprise Server Administration.
Git and/or Co-Pilot Administration: Experience with Git and/or Co-Pilot Administration in the GitHub ecosystem using Rust, Bash, Ruby, or REST APIs.
The Ideal Candidate: Strong Background in AWS and/or Azure: The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding and extensive experience in AWS and/or Azure environments, including deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Proficient in CI/CD Pipelines: They have a solid background in setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
Skilled in Git Administration: They demonstrate strong expertise in Git administration, including version control, branching strategies, and repository management.
