Main purpose of the role:
Purpose of this role is to provide support to Store Management and colleagues in all aspects of the Security function.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Previous experience within a retail security roleHold a current PSA Security Guard License is essentialExcellent communication and customer service skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamMain duties: Actively live Centra brand-values i.e.
Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-BasedProtect the Store's assetsAssist the Store Owner/Manager in preventing loss of stock/theft within the storeEnsure that the Store is a safe environment for customers and employeesKey holding responsibilities to include opening/closing of the StoreCarry out routine spot checks on waste, deliveries, closing stock, refunds, voids and employeesCarry out investigation work, when requiredMonitor CCTV records
