Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in North Monaghan, Ireland. This is a full-time/permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR or recruitment and hold a CIPD qualification or equivalent. They will also be willing to learn and grow with the business.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the recruitment process
* Issuing employment contracts and correspondence
* Managing new employee inductions and probation periods
* Driving employee engagement and managing employee welfare programs
* Advising management on HR-related queries and changes in legislation
* Dealing with absence and day-to-day HR queries
* Developing employee communication and reviewing HR policies
* Representing the HR aspect of the business on various teams
