Reports to: Quality Assurance Lead (Operations)
Location: Ledbury, Hazel Park, Dymock Road, HR8 2JQ
Hours: 37.5 per week (Full time) 6:00am- 2:00pm Mon-Fri
Salary: £22,000- £25,584 p.a. depending on experience

Why This Role Is Valuable:
1. Support operations in complaint and non-conformance investigations.
2. Assist with the creation, amendments and set up of labels in readiness for production.
3. Non-conformance identification and corrective action (internal rejections, foreign body reports).
4. Dealing efficiently with customer enquiries, internal and external.
5. Maintenance of factory quality documents & Redzone Compliance system.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within all areas of operations in order to comply with BRC, Customer and Industry standards.
7. Assist with pilot trials and main plant trials / launches as necessary.
8. Internal Auditing including GMP, and Glass Plastics factory audits.
9. Oversee, educate and audit the production process to ensure CCPs, CPs, QAS documentation is completed against the standards.
10. Factory Equipment Calibration / Verification.
11. Overseeing QC personnel carrying out on line checks.
12. Provide cover for the Quality technician (PM shift) in periods of absence.
13. Technical Inductions, GMP and CCP training.
14. Additional duties as directed by the Interim Quality Assurance Manager (Operations) and/or Technical Manager.
