Team, about the role
We're looking for a Level Design Team Lead for the Homescapes team. The lead will drive the development of substantively new Match-3 levels in the product and support a team of level designers. The team's primary goal is to radically change the game through improving match-3.
Tasks
* Managing the resources of all initiatives and controlling the development process
* Managing a team of level designers, including performance assessments, supporting professional development, and hiring
* Developing match-3 levels
* Analyzing current processes and pipelines and adapting approaches to level development

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in creating match-3 levels
* Experience in operational management, including organizing a team with distributed responsibilities and monitoring deadlines
* Experience in people management, including performance reviews and the formation of individual development plans
* Fluency in Russian
Preferred
* Experience in hiring team members
* Extensive match-3 gaming experience, interest in casual games, and an understanding of the market
