Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full recruitment process for internal and external vacancies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
2. Partner with the HR Director and team to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless recruitment service delivery.
3. Compile and present regular Talent Acquisition status reports.
4. Engage in networking activities to enhance community connections and business relations.
5. Keep abreast of recruitment market trends, employment legislation, and HR policies.
6. Use your excellent telephone manner to connect with candidates, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear and professional communication.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Strong proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook) for recruitment.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Recruitment or HR Administration.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other digital tools.
5. Proven expertise in multi-tasking with keen attention to detail.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment legislation.
7. Exceptional telephone manner with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience using social media for direct sourcing of candidates.
2. Familiarity with international recruitment and work permit processes.
3. Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and specialist sourcing techniques.
4. Own transport is advantageous.
