Job Title: Head of Hospitality
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to take on the role of Head of Hospitality. This exciting opportunity will allow you to leverage your expertise in hospitality management to oversee the day-to-day operations of our catering, housekeeping, and front-of-house departments.
This is an ideal position for a seasoned Duty Manager looking to advance their career. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of guest experience, and efficiently managing resources including staff and facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise the team of housekeepers to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation.
* Lead the front-of-house team, guaranteeing exceptional customer service to all guests.
* Coordinate hospitality for all corporate bookings, encompassing guest welcomes, exits, and room setups, ensuring everything meets the expectations of corporate guests.
* Collaborate with the Activities Manager to ensure the hospitality aspects of corporate and group bookings are executed to a high standard.
* Manage room setup, guest interactions, and overall event experience from a hospitality perspective, ensuring the smooth operation of all corporate events.
* Promote a culture of safety within the team, emphasizing the importance of guest and employee safety.
* Regularly review and update health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* In the absence of the General Manager, act as such, taking on additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
* Perform other tasks and duties as needed, adapting to the needs of the business.

* Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in managing guest relations, including corporate clients.
