About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Fund Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance operations for Ireland's sovereign development and wealth funds.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare daily and monthly management and cash reporting.
* Conduct daily review and analysis of the Fund NAV and reporting provided by the Custodian.
* Prepare and reconcile accounting journals and track daily cash activity.
* Collate and review the Custodian month-end reporting and reconciliations.
* Assist in the administration of loans and in collating fund documentation for tax advisors.
* Build and foster internal and external relationships.
* Work on projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
* Qualified/Part-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable.
* Third level qualification preferably in Finance or Accounting.
* At least 3 years experience in Fund Accounting.
* Knowledge of Hedge Markets essential; Private Market products desirable.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
* Experience in the administration and accounting of various investments.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Understanding of Journal Entry and the role of Finance in a strong control environment.
