Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments across Europe.
* Manage the A-Z Pilot Recruitment process and application database.
* Coordinate pilot roadshows and networking events.
* Act as the key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders.
* Gather market intelligence to promote Ryanair as an employer of choice.
Requirements:
* 1+ year's recruitment or HR experience (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good organisational and presentation skills.
