Job Description
As a Schedule Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning, qualification, validation, and start-up operations of large Engineering projects within the pharma plant site.
This role involves coordinating activities between various departments, including Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Planning, EHS, Quality, and Manufacturing Science & Technology, to ensure successful delivery of projects per business requirements.
* Creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules for all active engineering projects.
* Generation and promotion of strong governance with respect to project scheduling and tracking.
* Prioritize and schedule activities to support business needs and meet requirements of Master Production Schedule.
Leadership Responsibilities
As a leader in this role, you will:
* Report to Operations Managers and site SLT with respect to timelines for key site projects.
* Lead the introduction and adoption of best-in-class practices with respect to Project Scheduling.
* Facilitate an environment of continuous improvement, open communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
Organizational Interfaces
You will interface at various levels with all site departments, being conscious of internal customers and their requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Business, or Science.
* Desirable qualifications include Project Management/Project Scheduling and experience working in a GMP regulated environment.
