Due to success and continued growth, our market leading, award winning, all-Ireland Client, wishes to recruit a new, permanent, Senior HR Advisor, for their offices just outside of Dublin centre (North West).
This is a new addition to the already existing, well established HR team, offering an attractive salary and benefits package and 3 days working from home.

The successful Senior HR Advisor will report to the Senior HR Business Partner and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
This is an excellent, generalist opportunity, providing expert advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
The role will support employees across multiple sites so travel will be required.
The Role
* Manage day to day HR operations and support the People Strategy
* Coach, mentor and develop a HR Coordinator
* Lead recruitment processes, attraction and retention of talent
* Provide coaching, guidance and advice on policies and procedures
* Ensure an effective onboarding and employee experience across their full lifecycle within the business
* Policy implementation
* Facilitate in-house training
* Reporting
* HR projects
The Person
Essential:
* 3rd level qualification in HR or Business
* Substantial HR generalist experience in an HR advisory capacity across the entire employee lifecycle
* Proven experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
* Sound knowledge and practical experience of ROI employment legislation
* Full driving license and access to a car
Desirable:
* CIPD qualified
* Experience using Workday
