Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team within the recycling industry. This is a permanent role based in Newbridge, offering the chance to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns while growing both household and commercial customer bases.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
* Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, radio, and live events.
* Track and report campaign performance metrics.
Relationship Building:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with Sales and Customer Service Teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
* Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies.
Content Creation:
* Design and edit marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Digital Advertising:
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Social Media Management:
* Schedule, monitor, and analyze social media posts.
* Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow online communities.
Event Promotion:
* Organize and promote live events, such as competitions, sponsorships, and trade shows, including logistics coordination and follow-up.
SEO & Website Management:
* Update website content, optimize for search engines, monitor analytics, and suggest improvements.
Market Research:
* Stay informed on trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
Brand Consistency:
* Ensure all communication aligns with the brand's voice and guidelines.
Key Requirements:
* 23 years of experience in a marketing, sales, or advertising role.
* Relevant qualification at NFQ Level 6 or higher.
* Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* asic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights (advantageous).
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Flexibility to work across various teams and functions.
