Cpl are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their client in the technical Operations department as a Business Process Specialist. This role involves streamlining and optimising business processes with a primary focus on effective onboarding, personnel development, and communication strategies.
This is a fully onsite contract role based at the client site in Limerick, Ireland.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Proven experience in business process improvement, project management, or organisational development
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals across all levels of the organisation
* High level of proficiency in SharePoint architecture, MS Office Suite, and Power Apps
* Skill in process mapping, workflow analysis, and project management tools
* Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
