Johnson & Johnson Vision Care is recruiting for a Senior Analyst Global Demand Plan, located in Jacksonville, FL or Limerick, Ireland!
The Senior Analyst Global Demand Plan is responsible for generating the statistical base forecast for their assigned portfolio based on an analysis of history and the application of statistical modeling to project future demand. In collaboration with regional planners, they will aggregate forecast requirements by product and/or geographical hierarchies and lead global demand handover to support the IBP process.
This individual will serve as a leader in the Global Demand Plan organization, partnering with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report key data and metrics improving the decision-making process and driving opportunities for process maturity and forecast accuracy improvement.

* Accelerates statistical forecasting capabilities through demand segmentation, generation of and tuning of statistical forecasts, and regional change management.
* Generates statistical forecast for assigned brands/markets including own demand planning master data (discontinuations, NPI), demand history and exceptions, review of models and parameters, and running statistical forecast.
* Makes recommendations to improve forecast quality based on knowledge of forecasting methodologies, statistical modeling, and supply chain practices.
* Guides insight to Regional and Global partners, providing rationale for forecast through underlying data and trends.
* Provides vital data and analytics to support open discussion and communication of risk and opportunities through the IBP cycle.
* Develops a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs (both within the planning and with other key functions) that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.
* Develops and leads the implementation of supply chain planning process to improve the supply chain further and drive enhanced planning maturity.
* Reports critical metrics (MAPE, BIAS, FVA) including rationale for trends/changes.
* Conducts analytics to address business problems with an end-to-end mentality.
Qualifications
Education:
* A minimum of a University Bachelors Degree is required.
* An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* 2-5 years of related experience is required.
Preferred:
* Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (JDA S&OP, JDA Demand, APO, OMP) is preferred.
* Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (CSCPM, APICS, IBF) are preferred.
Other:
* English Fluency is required.
* The position may require up to 15% travel both domestically and internationally.
