As a result of significant growth, Specsavers in Paisley seeks a Lead Optometrist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This managerial role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving team success and motivating others to achieve results. Being IP qualified is advantageous but not essential, and you must be willing to supervise pre-reg students. We prioritize the clinical and professional development of our team and will support you every step of the way through open conversations and regular one-on-one sessions. To excel in this role, you will need to be registered with the General Optical Council and possess excellent communication skills. Managerial experience is essential.
