At Spirit Foster, we are an Authorised Service Centre for the VW, Skoda, Seat and Cupra brands. We are part of the Spirit Motor Group, one of Ireland’s largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area. We are now hiring a Senior Service Advisor to join our team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the daily tasks of a Service Advisor in the Spirit team include:
1. Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey
o Meeting and greeting all service customers
o Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in
o Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work
o Maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair
o Advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs
o Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment
2. Liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts
3. Assisting with gathering customer service feedback
4. As a front line member of staff, you will always be a brand ambassador for the Spirit Motor Group ensuring our customer service is maintained to the highest standards, utilising manufacturer, company standards and best practice
What you need to have / demonstrate:
1. At least 1 year’s experience in a similar role working in the motor industry
2. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English)
3. A working knowledge of ADP/Kerridge - further training can be provided
4. Proven experience in providing excellent service to front line customers
5. Ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times
6. A driving licence valid for Ireland
7. Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit
