1. Managing the Business Support Team including the Recruitment Administrator
2. Overseeing team mailboxes
3. Managing a team of 6
4. Handling workload distribution
5. Providing annual leave cover
6. Offering guidance and support
7. Conducting 1-2-1 meetings
8. Facilitating team meetings
9. Managing the requisition system
10. Ensuring smooth office operations, including stationary orders
11. Overseeing the induction/new starter process
12. Running various sales reports
13. Coordinating diaries for the departments, ensuring room bookings and lunch orders are managed
