We are seeking a experienced Spa Manager The successful candidate will: Lead the team, ensuring they are nurtured through your presence and support, and to develop a stable, energised and professional work environment, to the highest standards.
Attract, train, develop and retain a high performing Spa team, who deliver exceptional service.
Manage all people operations, including, rosters, training, payroll, performance evaluation, and management.
Monitor customer reviews, following up and speaking with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Liaise between the hotel front office and sales operational departments; clients and guests for conference groups; and guests as required.
Participate in the annual budgeting and forecast process.
Produce annual marketing plan & identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Promote and sell customised spa programs to conference groups as required.
Develop and implement Spa goals, policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing and promotions, and sales techniques.
Establish and maintain a professional business relationship with all vendors.
Assist Health Club Management, with the day-to-day management of our Resort Health Club.
Complete regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary, review brands, plan and implement systems to maximise sales and revenue Attend Resort management meetings as necessary.
Our ideal Candidate will have:
At least 3-4 years previous experience with 1 year in a management position Experienced working with a designated spa brand.
Demonstrable experience of leading a team within a Spa environment.
Proven Spa Therapist experience and knowledge of treatments required Demonstrated commitment to highest standards & continuous improvement.
Proven ability to manage projects, direct a team and lead by example.
Ability to be held to account & take responsibility.
