Our client is based on Ballymount Road, Dublin 12, and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team for a 6-month contract initially.
Salary is €39k pa and hours are flexible (8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm, 9-5pm, 9.30-5.30). They offer hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 3 at home.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
* Service & Sales Order Processing
* Service & Sales Invoicing
* Supporting Field Based staff with administration tasks
* Updating & maintaining databases & Excel spreadsheets
* Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general queries.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Strong administration skills with excellent MS Word and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Customer Focused
* Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
