Our client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming calls and emails
2. Creating invoices
3. Writing cheques
4. Ensuring all records are up to date and associated paperwork is provided to customers
5. Providing excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
6. Other ad hoc general administration duties
Key Requirements:
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
3. A background in farming is beneficial, but not compulsory
4. Fluent in English
