Job Title: Procurement Operations Assistant Salary: €40,000 per annum Location: Dublin, Ireland Company: Beauparc Waste Management Industry About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role is integral to supporting the procurement function within our waste management company, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a key role in spend analytics, supplier onboarding, and supporting procurement projects. Key Responsibilities: Spend Analytics: Monitor and analyse procurement spend data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and ensure budget adherence. Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making within the procurement team. File Management: Maintain and organize procurement files and documentation on SharePoint. Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of records, including contracts, policies, and procedures. Administration of the procurement savings tracker Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of procurement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Credit Applications: Manage and process credit applications with suppliers and vendors. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation. Assisting with procurement related payment issues and delays. Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation is completed and verified. Act as a point of contact for supplier queries and maintain positive relationships. Procurement Projects: Provide support to procurement projects as required, including research, coordination, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a procurement or operations support role is preferred. Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and SharePoint. Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
