Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Ireland, Dublin
The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.
The role:
* Support reporting requirements ensuring compliance with any Healthcare reporting legislation
* Support operational reporting for IPG team
Role responsibilities include:
* Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
* Complete reports and tracking in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information in various systems and tracking tools.
* Ensure proper documentation and record tracking of meetings, decisions, interventions and escalations.
* Liaise with customers to determine report requirements.
* Interrogate & analyze data and prepare relevant metrics. Accurate analysis with limited supervision is expected.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.
* Become proficient in systems, tools and ICON’s applications to efficiently and accurately analyze data.
* Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.
* Embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
Experience:
* Prior relevant experience related to data analysis and production of reports is essential.
* Demonstrate a logical approach to analysis with a questioning attitude.
* Numerate with some financial understanding.
* Excellent working knowledge of MS office package.
* Advanced excel skills are essential (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
* Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and customer service skills are essential.
* Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
