At CooperSurgical we are currently looking to recruit an Equipment Sales Manager for UK and Ireland. You will be part of the equipment sales team focusing on the Fertility solutions portfolio. This role reports into the Regional Sales manager. The position is 50% field based and will cover hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region . You will be part of a growing and developing business from the outset. The position is homebased from UK.
Position
As an Equipment Sales Manager with CooperSurgical your primary role will be meeting customers and driving sales growth. You will have experience creating strong customer relationships and communicating with different stakeholders within Hospitals and Clinics. It’s not the first time you have worked with solution sales, executed on the activities that support sales targets and KPI. Some knowledge of tender processes and business knowledge would be preferred.
You have an eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. You are self-motivated, driven, with a positive and energetic personality. You enjoy delivering results and working in a team. With a can-do attitude you will support your colleagues, as they in turn support you, sharing skills and knowledge along the way.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Grow sales through understanding of market dynamics, customer needs and acting on opportunities
Ensure communication, sales, and promotion of CSI products
Drive relevant stakeholder engagement and decision-making
Collaborate and share insights with Account and Key Account Managers
Educational background: business administration, scientific, engineering, nurse, clinical specialist
+ 3- 5 years of experience in a field sales role- Preferable capital equipment or medical device
Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach
