Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial performance on projects, promoting BAM's Safety culture, and ensuring environmental excellence.
Key Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing health and safety, budgeting, cost control, and promoting innovative construction methodologies.
Additionally, the role requires coordinating with clients, customers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements and identify key risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Possess an Engineering or Construction Honours Degree
* A considerable amount of experience in the construction industry on large scale civil projects
* Ability to manage multiple major civil engineering projects concurrently
* Commitment to driving health and safety culture on projects
* Proven track record in delivering excellent commercial results on projects
* Leadership skills to deliver projects to programme and budget
* Tendering experience in major civil engineering projects
* Excellent contract awareness
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
