Assistant Store Manager Waterford
As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire's, Waterford you will support your Store Manager with the following key responsibilities:
* Driving and achieving retail store targets in sales and profit.
* Delivering the finest level of customer service to our customers.
* Keeping the store running smoothly through effective store operations.
* Ensuring your store is well merchandised and commercially correct.
* Assisting Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
* Providing ear piercing services (full training will be provided).

About You:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum one year retail management experience is necessary.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and basic computer skills are essential.
* Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills are required.
* You must understand the importance of Customer Service and have the ability to analyze sales reports and strategically problem solve.
* The ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally is required.
* Bending, stooping, extended reaching, climbing ladders, and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers is also required.
* Operating the POS system is necessary.
