Red Chair Recruitment is currently seeking an In-house Recruitment Consultant to support our Limerick-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new clients.
2. BUILD strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
3. Gain a deep understanding of client companies, including their industry, work culture, and environment.
4. Create effective job adverts and utilize social media to promote positions.
5. Identify and approach suitable candidates, either from within the company or through external networks.
6. Verify candidate references and suitability before presenting them to clients.
7. Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
8. Prepare and submit CVs and correspondence to clients on behalf of suitable applicants.
9. Offer expert advice to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
10. Work towards and exceed targets related to candidate placement, billing value, or business leads generated.

This hybrid role requires approximately one day (often less) per week in Limerick. The salary for this one-year fixed-term contract falls within the range of €30,000 - €35,000.
