Major Duties:
1. Provide service and delivery to one or multiple clients within a specific area of specialization.
2. Evaluate and maintain client service levels by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and attending operational meetings.
3. Operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the business unit or function.
4. Manage large and/or complex projects, such as strategic change management, new business/product initiatives, and process re-engineering.
5. Cultivate working relationships with Relationship Managers and other Service Managers to ensure client service needs are met.
6. Act as key client contact and follow up on day-to-day client queries and issue resolution.
7. Identify and address service issues as they arise.
8. Provide technical expertise for new or complex products/services and oversee implementation of new processes.
9. Provide management reporting on transactions and assist with complex problem resolution.
10. Interact with various operations areas to improve processes and resolve client inquiries.
11. Maintain risk management and compliance programs for assigned groups.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
* Knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services and trust systems required.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
* A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience required.
