The ideal candidate should have: A minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role; Knowledge of Phorest and Treatwell salon software; Excellent communication skills with customers and the team; The skills to manage 70 beauty professionals, Ability to remain professional under all circumstances; Impeccable phone manners; Confidence to front a busy salon environment; Excellent English skills, including perfect grammar, in order to reply to emails; Flexible schedule to accommodate our week-round opening and hours.
