Job Description
We are recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding East Coast team in Waterford, with the flexibility to travel to our Carlow office if required. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid-working options available.
Your New Job
1. Actively source and effectively communicate with high volumes of candidates, using platforms such as the internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, and direct job applications.
2. Assist with all stages of the recruitment process for both client and candidate.
3. Participate in client recruitment projects.
4. Set and meet weekly and monthly targets & KPIs.
5. Liaise and build relationships with existing clients while cross-selling Matrix services & account management.
6. Drive business development ensuring a constant pipeline and growing the business.
7. Participate in candidate management, ensuring our CRM is up to date, and that there is a constant pipeline of candidates.
8. Market and advertise your skills and expertise to reach hard-to-get candidates.
9. Prepare and post job advertisements to attract suitable talent.
10. Screening applications and assess suitability through phone and video calls.
11. Conduct interviews with candidates and prepare them for interview with the client.
12. General daily recruitment administration.
13. Participate in ad-hoc company projects as required.
What We Are Looking For
1. Ideally 2yrs+ experience in recruitment, sales, or high-volume customer services is essential.
2. Expertise in dealing with B2B and B2C and the ability to adapt to a new environment.
3. Experience working in a target-driven environment will be a distinct advantage.
4. Degree qualification.
5. Excellent planning, organisational, multi-tasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. A high achiever with a 'can do' attitude who can work on their own initiative.
7. Ambitious and focused on establishing their career.
