About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a high-profile apartment development project in Bray. This pivotal role will require the successful candidate to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning and execution of the apartment development project, aligning with project objectives and timelines.
* Oversee the construction process, from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
* Develop and manage the project schedule, setting clear milestones and deadlines.
* Prepare and manage the project budget, tracking costs and adjusting as necessary.
* Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
* Communicate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
* Oversee project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
* Lead and motivate the project team, fostering clear communication and efficient collaboration.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
* A proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, ideally within the residential sector.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Manager role within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management software, and industry standards.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
* Experience managing budgets and schedules, with a strong focus on cost control and time management.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the construction industry.
* A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
